Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we currently ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands. To order simply proceed to checkout and enter your address/location details and the delivery cost will be displayed.
We have also sent our boards all over the world by special order to Australia, the Far East, Asia and the USA. However, due to the size and weight, delivery can be quite expensive. If you’d like to order simply contact us with you address details and the item you’d like to order and we’ll email you back with a quote from either UPS, FEDEX or DHL.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our secure online ordering system is provided by Shopify. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, AMAZON, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.
If you’d like to place an order manually or via email please contact us with details of your order and we’ll be back in touch. We can also send companies and business customers a Pro-Forma invoice for compliance with specific purchase ordering requirements.
Can I use dry wipe pens on your boards?
Yes, all of our board products have the same dry wipe coating. However, please bear in mind that dry wipe pens will only be visible on lighter background colours. That’s why we’ve designed our own range of dry wipe designs with areas for writing onto, so please consider this when designing your own artwork or layout if making a ‘Create Your Own’ board.
How do you fix the boards to the wall?
All our boards are supplied with wall fixings (screw pack contains 4x screws, 4x masonry wall plug, 4x white & 4x black screw caps plus our instruction leaflet. They can be fixed to most wall types including masonry walls, dry lined/plaster board walls (with special wall plugs, not supplied) and wooden panelled walls.
How much do your boards weigh?
The weight of our boards varies slightly due to the overall thickness of the coating but approximately it is as follows:-

Board Size: 75cm x 55cm - 2.98kg
Board Size: 100cm x 40cm - 2.83kg
Board Size: 100cm x 75cm - 6.31kg
Can you make a special (bespoke) size board for me?
Unfortunately we are restricted to the panels sizes we use and can’t make bespoke sizes. If you’re looking to create a larger board size than our 100cm x 75cm please note that some customers have simply purchased several boards and mounted them up together.
How do I clean my board?
Always use a light/soft duster for cleaning your panel. Our boards are coated with a very durable high gloss scratch resistant surface, however do not use aggressive cleaning products or scourers as this may damage the decorative surface.

Can I use any type of magnets on my board?
Yes, absolutely! However we recommend that you only use traditional (Iron Ferrite) magnets if children will be using the board as super powerful neodymium magnets are too strong. When placing magnets on your board always make sure you don’t drag them across the surface as ferrite magnets can have tiny sharpe burs which could scratch the decorative surface. They are best used indirectly to hold paper or cardboard to your board.
Can I use my board as a kitchen splashback?
Yes, we have heard of customers using their boards as a very cost effective splashback solution as they can withstand radiated heat up to 90 degrees C but please bear in mind that glass is the best material for a kitchen splashback and can withstand constant cleaning.
Can my board be used outside as a sign?
Our boards are only guaranteed for interior use, however, many of our business customers use them in exterior situations such as ‘A’ boards, metal signs, menu signs etc. We can’t guarantee external use due to the fact that our boards are made of coated mild steel which will eventually rust over time (5-10 years). Also, if constantly exposed to direct sunlight the decorative coating may fade over time as its UV protection is deteriorated.

Our boards are made from 1.2mm mild steel with a super durable coating.
What is your return policy?
I’ve ordered the wrong item, how do I change my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your board, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.
If goods are returned within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange.
After 14 working days we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Important - Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
- You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

What do I do if I’ve received the wrong or a damaged item?
In the rare event that you receive the wrong or a damaged item please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible and we will confirm a free collection at a convenient time to you.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
Do I need copyright permission to upload a photo and place a ‘Create Your Own’ board?
Yes, absolutely! You are solely responsible for the content of any submitted image files. When you use our ‘Create Your Own’ photo upload service you agree that you will not submit any image file that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. By submitting your order you are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded image files do not violate UK law and that you have permission to reproduce the image. When using a Photo Library image please check the specific terms of their license agreement.
How long does delivery take?
Pease allow 7 working days from time of order for us to confirm the despatch of your board. Our couriers will then take approximately 1-2 working days to deliver. At the time of dispatch we will send you an email to confirm collection by our courier.
How is my board packaged?
Your board will be supplied boxed with special protection corners. Please do not dispose of the packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Most of our packaging is fully recyclable but contact your local authority if in any doubt. If you ever decide to dispose of your board please note that it is fully recyclable being made of 100% mild steel.
Can I cancel my ‘Create Your Own' board order?
When you upload a photo and order a ‘Create Your Own’ board we will make and email you a visual proof image for you to agree and confirm the crop etc. Once you have confirmed and given us the go head to proceed to production the order cannot be cancelled. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
How close is the colour I see on screen compared to the actual item?
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you that our product designs are best viewed on an Apple monitor or device. When uploading a photo to our ‘Create Your Own’ service please note that our production uses a CMYK printing process, so for accurate colour reproduction make sure your jpg files are converted from RGB to CMYK prior to upload. For a rough idea of the finished colour we recommend that you print the CMYK version to paper and check the colours prior to upload. We use professional colour profiles for our process and can very accurately reproduce most colours however ultimately your order is placed at your own risk.
